White Crayfish
its can be caused in rock lobsters (usually seen in american lobsters, but i see no reason not to draw a compariason...) by a genetic abnormality that causes the lobster to create too much cartenoid protein, the excess causes a blue colour

Dimming lights
The only place I can think of this being really worth the money is on fry tanks to avert the possibility of sudden fright syndrome that can affect the exposed spinal chords as the myelin sheath develops... funny enough, the first search on google points to a post I made a while ago about this in bangaii cardinals.. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=40967 other than that, it seems an expensive excercise to undertake for a effect, and little real benifit. But having said that, whatever floats your boat...

Painting fibreglass
2 pot paints contain horrible carcinogens and are not suitable to be sprayed in a DIY manner, as you need full body protection and proper respirators that are ducted to the outside air, and many need to be "baked". 2 pot systems are striclty proffessional.

Albino frogs - Pics Tadpole to Frog
This assumes that Albinism is carried in one gene... You would also have learnt that there can be many genes in the genotype that control the phenotype, with some not expressed at all even if there is a dominance. All in all, unless you can map the entire genome of the species that your working on and isolate individual genotypical and phenotypical expressions and genes, it is a hit/miss affair...

Gourami breeding
depends how much barry white your playing.... Seriously though, it is up to them, leave a water change for a few weeks, then do a 50% or so, should stimulate them into the mood...

Out of interest....
Youd be surprised the mixed reactions i have from the mo-hawk... people either love it or cross the street when they see me comming.... I used to be able to wear it at work, customers loved it, but the little old ladies who worked in the other departments had a little waaa-waaa to the managers and i agreed to not have it up at work... few customers were dissapointed! Still wear it to town, and the ladies love coming up to tell me "thats the biggest I've ever seen!" and ask to touch it...

Merely saying that they could if they thought about it and invested some time/energy researching or getting a instructor in. That is all.- my new alto's
gorgeous fish!- B.F.R.C. club next meeting
tarnation! I got tonight off for the first time in years (not my choice) and it next week! I never get to go to meetings.... *insert smallest violin here*- Shark Cage at Kelly Tarltons
really? A qualified Scuba instructor can take students on a dive up to 6m in "pool or pool-like conditions" for a dive. (PADI regulations) so there isn't really a reason not to, unless they don't have a Instructor on the team, which I doubt. And it would count as your 1st dive on your card towards becoming an open water diver.- Shark Cage at Kelly Tarltons
that 7 gill in the photo, you could probably hang off its fins and go for a ride... they are the pot-headed stoner sharks... so docile it like having a sloth with fins...- Copper Pipes
bonding agents used for the plastic joining?- Copper Pipes
I'd blame the use of flux used for the brazing of the pipes more for the deaths than copper...- Shark Cage at Kelly Tarltons
Pfft cage diving with 7 gills and nurse sharks... please... the worst ones would be sand sharks, and they still wouldn't come near a diver. especially since your not on SCUBA. And even then, its hardly a cage, more a net...- Thanks a lot Animates Botany :(
Not offended at all. You make a good point. I am guilty of tarring many stores with broad and generalised statements that fits to only the one store in particular that I am disgruntled with. Though I have also seen many other threads and posts of the same nature from other places around the country, I shouldn't pass comment on them myself. It is only the Tauranga store I can aim any of my above commentary at.- Freshwater shrimps
