you could just do a slow siphon through the filter to a bucket, just enough flow to keep it ticking, airline tubing? or just a flow through every hour

a bit of shaping think i may need to call for lipo suction will put pectorals on after shaping body -

there is a lot that goes on in keeping a marine tank stable the bigger the better there are some nice nano tanks out there but if you aren't a competent DIYer then you need deep pockets and long arms to reach the bottom of said "pockets"
