No it was aimed at the person saying everything is a conspiracy, He might be telling the truth, he may not - People that claim something to be what he/she is saying, is not always true, so people like myself will take the info on board but won't necessarily believe it because there are people out there that are lieing, they are the ones that ruin it for people that are trying to preach the truth because there is almost no way to believe them

Apparently blue can be good for plants, but i was only suggesting because It sounded like you weren't going to plant it. Tropical/sunlight is what most people use to grow plants so you should be fine, You should replace the tubes every year tho.

People can talk themselves up until they are blue in the face :yaw2: but it doesn't mean anything AT ALL, everything you say fact or fiction is complete BS to another person... Because at the end of the day you could be one of those people that likes to talk crap and might be a nut - how would we know? Thats just how it is, some people ruin it for everyone else.

the midknight stuff i got is nowhere near as dark as black silica sand, I can't even call midknight black -its grey. I have water in my tank that is 3.03 parts per million Iron, 4 years later and all is still well.

Some floating plants will provide some shade for the neons

Clowns like to hide for awhile when you first get them or after rearranging the tank, they feel safer in groups and become more active
