The foam colour does not look normal. so suspect some type of food.

what are you feeding your tank to have that much foam?

hollywoodfish farm has them you can call as not sure of stock levels. I think about $260 for a 4 foot double unit or you can buy the ballast and make your own fitting.

The aquascaping in quite nice, lots of space for fish. Tank is a bit too new for acropora as many look dead and have gone brown from the heavy nutrient load on the tank. If you want a nice hard coral tank you can’t do it in the cheap as you need a better skimmer, lighting and more water movement. The red sea skimmer would be ok if you had a better pump to run it as the eheim is not powerful enough, i assume you have the 1260 eheim running it. Lighting is just adequate for SPS corals and another 150w would do wonders. However for LPS coral and leathers the lighting would be ok . Most likely will need some po4 remover

they are good units, have had mine for 2 years with no issues. The pumps is loud, but you i dont have a issue as the water bin is outside the house. also the pump does not run all the time so noise is very sort term

The problem is we have so many foods on the market, really hard for shops to hold every brand of food.

Most are repackaged for the aquarium trade, some are better quality than others, and there are only about 4 main companies in the world that make bulbs. It is all volume driven, It is also hard to compare different k ratings as they are just that by name and most would not be even 14k etc, they just look blue so they call it 14k for example.
