As with most males of species. They are a brighter color. If you go for breeding them,they are egg scaterers and also avid egg eaters. So precautions must be taken, and the corect plants, or traps used to hold and/or preserve the eggs Alan 104

These are a strange fish When you want to give them away, nobody wants them BUT the demand for them is so strong, that the importers are still bringing them into the country. I advertised on the local radio and got a group together. Step out into the cold, it's not that hard. I keep my babies in a VERY small container so as the food is in their face I do 80 to 100% water change daily. I have snails with them as well. Alan 104
