powder blues are definatly a stunning fish. why not have a look at a blonde naso tang (they are a little different)

do you like the fish fay??? if so go for it. you've got the skill and experiance to care for it better than 99% of other marine keepers and probably one of the few tanks that truely offers the swimming space for fish like that.

what do you mean by take them out and scrub them??? do you mean that you'll just take them out of the tank and scrub them in a bucket of tank water?? thats ok but it wont acheive much other than remove whats loose on the surface, rocks will clean them selves up when the water quality is right

rossco in response to your question(and nothing to do with bridges ) basicly the foam/filter wool is so effective at breaking down to nitrate that it will spike and rise it too fast and your rock will not be able to cope with the elevated levels. high nitrates=bad for corals and fish

the bulbs will more than likely be 4500k. their prices for ballasts are very attractive, so getting a holder and appropriate bulb wouldnt be too bad

i would do a 150w with a 10k bulb and a blue t5 for colour

there are nano'ers over in the states that have tanks far smaller than yours jimmy with 250w'ers over them
