I use the same stuff, but I have found that to much causes issues. ( well thats what I think has happened) I put half a bag in with a small bag of peat into a 40-50l tank and have been having great plant growth but lots of algae issues. ( again I think this is whats doing it) So just be carful of how much you use of it

How long does it take for a BN to show signs of the longfin gene? I put my male longfin in with a female that has the albino gene ( thanks G.Eagle) trying to make myself some longfin albino. They sucsessfuly spwaned last week, some albino some brown as expected. But how long or what signs are there to tell longfin. thanks
