    Don't blame the equipment, blame the user. The easiest way is to connect the phone via USB and making the phone connect as a disk drive, you should be able to do this by selecting it in the pop up on the home screen or in the notifications drop down. This way it'll act like a USB flash drive. There isn't any point trying to make it more complex than it needs to be.

    I would like a small green snake but can't in NZ. The reason we can't have them here is because they create competition for food. Also we couldn't have frog or insect eating ones either because we have three rare and ancient native frogs and also endangered native insects too.

    You don't really want a broken thermometer, but as long as there was no mercury and you changed all the water to remove the alcohol it should hopefully be ok. You might still want to check with the your LFS to see if they know anything about what to do in that situation.
