:facepalm: err my bad sorry. I agree it does seem odd to straight dose that much, could break it up over a few hours perhaps? Anything I have read on the subject says it is fine, but there is always an element of testing the water ( so to speak ) yourself. I want some of those cichlid's too they are lovely. Do you use activated carbon in your filter by chance?

I have heard that can be effective but he has a lot so I would double dose asap. Yeah, any fry I love those fish. !drool:

Yeah what they said. 8) Also you can get bruising depending on your riding style. But walking like you need a zimmer frame is good enough reason to get the pants. A good way to set the bike up is to sit on the bike balancing against a wall and then try to get into a comfy riding position. Then look down at your front axle/hub, if you can see it you need to raise the bars so you can only just see the front of it. ( the rest should be hidden behind the handle bars.) If you can't see it at all and cant lower the bars then raise the seat a bit Hope that helps. But you will still need the shorts Secretly, I sewed a folded over shammy into my undies when I was young, it works but it is a bit rough. Don't tell any one :roll:

Yeah good idea. It would be devastating to find the mdf swollen somewhere you wouldn't usually notice. You could also line the inside edges with Sellys no more gaps just to be sure. Ha, I am glad somebody else came to that conclusion. I decided to use 6mm mdf for the sides and back and 12mm for the front and cupboards just to save costs. The ply is probably much better in terms of longevity but the mdf was far cheaper and has a better finish than that cheap ply. PPG make a really good sealer/undercoat called 3 in 1 if you haven't brought any yet. Better than the dulux range IMO. and anything else is going to be expensive. make sure you post updated pics :nilly:

$10 Lucky. Looks nice and sturdy too. I think my 200L stand cost me $580 to build and finish. I think you are well on your way to having a pretty low final price. You probably already know, but just in case, make sure you use a top primer if you use MDF. That stuff swells like crazy if it gets wet.

This all sounds like a great idea. I hope we an all support it any way we can. Forgive my stubbornness but is there an actual list of fish?
