how long does it take?

go corys and bristle noses or whiptails =p with some ember tetras, their small so you can get a decent sized school and they are a nice gentle orange so easy on the eyes

i have noticed my females seem to swim out though, never had one stuck just males :dunno:

well they can deffinitle survive out of the water for 30mins they got some special way of holding oxygen i think

mine used to get into some coral rock i had in my tank. i would put it so that half of his body was in water with the exit facing downwards and eventually he wriggled out, that or got a que tip and gently touched his nose to scare him down, but usually got bored so left it in the bucket

i did my canister in the bath a few times before hooking it up, also means you can sort out which is the in take and out take if it isn't too clear on the filter -

I think it must depend were you get them from, i had my sparkling in my 300L com. tank and the stayed at the back but didn't exactly hide
