  1. Hmm, if I change to the Direct Link, the pic does not appear, just the link to the pic :-? Are they saying we can't show our pics elsewhere?
  2. I have been using Photobucket for several years now. I actually pay for the fancy version and am very pleased with it. Today I got an email from them saying the following... It has been brought to our attention that you are incorrectly linking content from your Photobucket account around the Web. We would kindly request that you please begin making the appropriate changes to your links as quickly as possible as to avoid any future disruptions to your service. You are incorrectly linking to the Photobucket servers instead of the 'i' for some (or all) of your links off-site. You will need to go in and manually change all of your links to reflect the 'i' instead of the Photobucket servers. Please see the examples below. Incorrectly linked files look like this: http://photobucket.com/albums/aa123/use ... lename.jpg An example of a correctly linked file should look like this (notice the 'i'): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/aa123 ... lename.jpg Note: You should copy the Direct Link code from your Photobucket album in order to resolve the issue. On March 24th, 2008 at 12pm ET, Photobucket will begin disabling all incorrect links. Please begin correcting your links as quickly as possible as to avoid any disruptions to your service. Even if your links are disabled after the March 24th deadline, as soon as you fix them, your files will display as intended again. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns. Your promptness and assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated! Now, I went to look to see if I could figure out what they were on about, and it was immediately obvious, but my question is... has anyone else received a similar letter? I have always, and have seen others told to, clicked on the last of the 4 codes available under a thumbnail - Email & IM, Direct Link, HTML Code and IMG Code. I was told to click on IMG Code. Which one do the rest of you click on when posting pics in forums? Since I have so many pics posted, I doubt I will be manually correcting them all so be prepared for a lot of red X's where my pics used to be
  3. Try soaking them first conch

  5. For those old enough to remember the story As you may be able to tell from the background view, this plant is about 5000ft, 1524m, up (Black Birch).

  14. Photograph at night with all curtains closed and room lights off. Have as much light on the tank as possible. Use the flash on the camera but on a slight angle to avoid flashback. Sit the amera on something solid or use a tripod to keep it as still as possible. Remember for every 100 pics you take, about 3 will be good
  15. Fish also get pale and ragged in old age. Do you know how old they are?
  16. A bubble or celestial eye out?
  17. People usually answer to the best of their ability and honestly believe they are correct. This is a place for all to give their opinions, both beginners and the more experienced. We never claim everything is right.

  19. When in doubt, yell and scream abuse so customer will finally drop it (he hopes). Keep going!

I have only ever used "real" driftwood. As long as it is hard wood and not rotten anywhere it is good. I favour rata and rimu.
  22. If he doesn't seem to be able to dislodge it himself you will need to catch it then try to remove the stone with tweezers or hook it out. :-? It is possible he has swallowed, or tried to, a stone. Is the white looking fluffy? If so it is more liekly to be a major fungal infection in the mouth and this too would cause discomfort.
  23. Have you downloaded Java?
