henward i can vouce for the silk worms they are awsome for growning anything, you can crush them into a fine powder and feed, its great for gouramis and my good guppies all have massive bodies, so must work
i can defenitly rcommend the glo T5ho units , they are defintly brighter, also i think some of the hydroponics stores have them(not the glo brand i think) but i heard that you can pick up a twin T5 4ft unit for $150 (or if you lucky like me find some cheap secound had glo :happy2: 200 for both twin 4ft )
Yeah sorry Josh is right they are bigger than 2mm so that means that they would be kribs, and I would have tho kribs would protect there eggs VERY well
