So am I, but I guess thats why they added a spell checker to firefox, to save poor people like us. I think as long as the post is readable people shouldnt feel the need to constantly correct others. Doesnt really do much other then make them feel bad about something they dont have alot of control over.

my male will be like this after a failed spawn, and continue untill female is ready again. And once the fry and free swimming he usually takes charge then and female must be removed. He might want to spawn and shes not quite ready yet, it happens with mine. Hes never caused harm during this though, and she doesnt get stressed out about it. He usually just chases her away from food (he wants her to spawn he should be letting her eat ) As long and shes not getting injured, and hiding somewhere in the tank and not coming out for food Id just leave them, when shes ready to spawn again his attitude will change. Not unlike alot of other species on this earth.

It looks to be a splish splash? Did you get the tropical combo? If not you will need a heater for tropical fish as firenzenz mentioned, 25w heaters are under $30 from kiwipetz I think.

Thats more or less what I mean, I should have worded it different but I get that alot.. I havnt seen these in any of the lfs so will likely have to order them, just wondering what I should be asking for if I prefer the one with larger spots.

Theres a pic some where on the web with ones spine that had been ripped off in a net, poor thing. Hopefully I can and get myself some when my big tank is up and running. The one with fewer but larger spots looks a lil nicer, but would be happy with either. Leiarius pictus looks neat too, more pleco like. We get these here also?

I thought there was columbian and peruvian, one has fewer and larger spots then the other.

Cool They're nice looking fish. Theres also 2 different kinds I think, not sure wht the differences are. Want a few of these coz I cant have paroon sharks

Anyone got any of these? Are they hard to get ahold of?

Hehe definetly a yawn or stretching his jaw, Id been trying to get a good pic of him for a while, wasnt till I was clearing out off the blurry pics before saving them on the hd I noticed this pic. First time I'd neglected to pantene (marvelous stuff) my hair for 3 days, perhaps he was shocked at the state of me. Bogans can have that effect, jaw dropping at times.

Got some epsom salts this morning, Given it to him orally in some pea, seemed the least stressful way on the fish, and he thinks hes been fed too. Hes looking a little better this morning, tummy is flatter, still some way to go but I think he should recover.

Theres obviously a fairly big market for them overseas otherwise they wouldnt go to so much trouble. This would also increase the numbers and ensure the survival of the species, are these guys endangered?
