So today I decided I would finally plant this tank. Issues with the Eheim 2213 meant water all over the carpet and it's still running very noisily, not happy :an!gry The planting itself went well, will be mint when it grows in though. I need to troubleshoot the CO2 system as well, I suspect a problem with the diffuser. Also, I went into HFF today, didn't buy anything but now can't decide between Zebra Danios or White Clouds for this tank, thoughts on this? Any ways, here's the ever important photos. Hairgrass palette. 16 moss rocks. Homemade basil pesto on Ritz cracker with a grape/cherry tomato on top, good snack while patiently waiting for the tank to fill. About half an hour in. All systems are go! (kinda...)

That's still quite a lot, I'm dosing double strength EI ferts at 30ml per day, that bottle will last you ages!

If 0.075ml is a 3/4 dose, that means a full dose is only 0.1ml, how do you measure and dose that amount?? Those are some crazy concentated ferts

Most beaches outside of Auckland seem to have that type of driftwood however it's a lot lighter in both colour and weight, takes forever to sink if at all

Well 2 way for 2 tanks, 3 way for 3, 6 way for 6 (I hope you get the idea by now )

Another CO2 cylinder? You COULD run several off a 2(+) way needle valve but fine tuning each tank is difficult.

Added more substrate so I can easily plant, moved a couple of things. Will sit on this one overnight and if I still like it tomorrow I'll plant. Also bought a couple of timers for the lights and CO2

That is definitely of concern, I had the exact same issue in my AA tank. Nothing a couple of wavemakers can't fix Time to wash even MORE substrate :roll: :nilly:

Been playing around this morning, just one scape but I'm really liking it. Also, my camera is a moody thing so I used Mum's camera instead :roll: Here's where it gets interesting, the shape of the rock creates a natural bank at the back which I could use to do a tank like this with the plants growing at that height. Thoughts? Opinions? Ideas?
