her L270s are definitely L270's. but this thread has now got confusing with so many ID's for so many fish. I cannot ID the L226 with that pic. but if mr. pleco says it is, then i would believe it. recent L66- Old L66- L002- I too believe that adodge has an L66 in that pic. its the one on top. without a doubt. rabbit you have to remember that the fish available here may not resemble what is on PC. these fish have been bred by THE best in NZ.

Definitely not L002. :lol: I have them, and they're not it. is this from mr. pleco too? Its not an L66 based on that pic, so that leaves only 1 option for you

I do not think the first one is L66. if it was charcoal in colour it would have been a possibility. I wanted a pic of the mouth to see if it was a panaque. i really like the last lot of bn's.

position driftwood and rocks etc in the tank. with all the filtration i have, flow is not a problem at all. even the smallest fish do perfectly fine.

was the water cold? if so wait for it to reach room temp. i use warm - warmer water and see bubbles in minutes after i mix it up.

I say L52 as well, but look at the hairs on those fins. I say male. What I want to know is why these fish aren't being sold readily cause they were bred a lot a few years ago.

1. what fish? 2. what are the tank dimensions? (4ft long or 3ft etc etc) My planted tank (link in signature) is a 200L 4 ft tank or so, with 2x Fluval 405's @1300LPH each and 1x Eheim 2028 @ 1400LPH or something like that. plus the occasional use of a powerhead (600LPH) for non-filtration related secret purposes :lol:
