its a pain to feed. it does not sink. I put it in a syringe, add water - compress it, then cover the nozzle and pull the pump down and all the air from inside the pellets come out. then i inject it into the tank. the pellets are very small. 60% protein I think, but im not so sure why you are fixated on protein :lol: There are other food groups out there that are vital as well. PM casserole, not sure if he has any left.

I have 3 discus now, down from the 7 I had. I thinned down numbers. I feed them heaps! pretty much not less than 6 times a day. I give them that high protein miracle stuff and colourbits, with an occasional sprinkle of JBL discus food. I'm keen to try out hikari as mine eat the aro pellets at the moment too. I soak the food in water and then feed it to them until their bellies are nice and round. then i feed them a little more, and repeat throughout the day. Ever since I started feeding that high protein food I have not fed them any discus tucker / beef heart and liver tucker. Occasionally I give them prawn when the hypans get it and they eat that too. A varied diet is essential so give any fish a wide range of foods for it to be happy.

Fun car to drive though. but there were some extensive modifications from what i remember - new sports clutch, new ecu, new exhaust system, tires (omg.. i had to buy 2... :-? ) and that's what i remember. Then there was the $700 spent everytime something needed to be done in the engine...cause you gotta remove the engine to get to it :lol: Practicality value - 3 out of 10. Fun value - 9 out of 10.
