Im sick of the rain and being stuck inside.I have things to do outside and its to wet.Its more like a swimming pool than a yard.Ten minutes of sun this morning,i could feel the heat.Thought i would put up my new cloths line as my darling daughter swung on my old one and broke it.But be for i could get out there it poured down.My moan for the day,and do i feel better no :evil:

Im only thinking about getting them,depending on if i can provide them with the right requirements.Tank is L70cm W30 H38 That is why im asking about them rather than just getting them and then asking.

Can these fish be housed together.Are they delicate.What fish can they be kept with besides neons and swords.????

You get furan2 at the pet shop.Not sure how use it.

I really cant understand that vet.My vet would have keep the dog in at least over night and run test and an xray to check it had not swallowed plastic.

If you lift her skin up near her shoulder and release it,it should spring back.If it sticks up and is slow to return to normal.Then it is dehydrated If thats the case i would be ringing the vet and having a word to them.

The smell wont kill your fish,as long as youve given it a good rinse and will go.

A little bit of left over which i would presume is just scrapp[ngs around the side a bit different to feeding it out.Just like chocolate is poisonous to dogs.Mine love chocolate and im guilty of giving it a little square once in awhile,but would not fed it offten or give it acake of chocolate.

The bleach smell will go. Hopefully they have not cleaned the filter media out with it.If they have i would chuck it as the noddles it might have asorb the bleach.

I dont know where you read it,but check with the vet.Im going back seven years and it was natural with all the healthy bacteria.Dont take notice of every thing you read pays to some times ask the vet.

No don't fed her yogurt it will kill her.It destroys the liver or some thing i cant quite remember what part the vet said.Ask you vet i think it has some thing to do with the kidneys.I have done that it ended in heartbreak,i thought i was doing the right thing.

Tonic salt would make it vomit i doubt it would eat that,but if she did she would dehydrate.Has the vet taken blood samples and does he have it on a drip.You have not left any pills or any thing else she or he might have go in to.I hope it comes right.

I like the albino neons they are different. Love the tower i hope its sealed and does not leach any chemicals in your tank.

Mitzys hubby got them from Lower Hutt for me.They were only babies,one albino and one normal rainbow shark.If you are the one that had them in with your fancy gold fish.Yes :lol: They are beautiful.

I have a red tail shark,if you give them another places like caves or pipes to go in it should not be a problem.Mine will chase the loaches if they go in her cave.but stops when she gets them away.She is fully grown.Mines a albino rainbow shark.What type is yours.If its a black red tail shark i have heard they can be nasty.Some times they are just establishing their territory and will settle down.

Was the tank new,if so it should be under guaranty.I would do a water change tonight.

What type of fish do you have.What size tank.How many fish.If you have an air stone it should be fine till tomorrow.I would be doing daily water changes till you get another one.

That would have caused alot of damage.How frightening for people living close.

Hopefully every one survived with out to much damage.We are kind of lucky in Upper Hutt.We dont seem to get it as severe as Auckland or South Island

I have a male and two females in the same tank.The females have the odd scrape nothing meager.I also have top cover as will as a lot of hidy holes.

Just a warning if you put in a betta it might end up minus fins.Angels love them.Happened to mine when i put angels in my tank.
