I think you are wrong about guppies, they are not on the import list and all guppies in NZ are breed here.

Will this be ok as the sole filtration for a 110 litre. I need something to replace a faulty aquaone maxi 104F internal (refer to http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/filter-suction-cup-vt27733.html And I know I really should be going canaster but I dont really want to spend that kind of money. If this isnt sutable could someone please suggest a under $65 alternative
