nah almost positive thats not green pine its a similar plant to ambulia grows heaps in ponds but the name of it slips my mind. diied off on my planted think it prefers cold water
they will try to eat a lot of tank mates. If you want fish in the tank they will have to be fast and may all be picked off eventually. they like around 19 degrees lower prefered. if you get more than one make sure you have plenty of caves.
i did that in a 4 foot but very shallow about 35cm deep and had t5 lighting on it had red sea flora root? i think thats what it was called. was very cool but a lot of work

have seen them beat up on big cichlids almost as if they are nervous all the time? from what ive heard they are a scooling fish and like groups but not to sure? IMO should be fine with jardinii?
