I used salt when my L066's got ich and I had clown loaches in the tank too. The loaches will be fine as long as you dont over salt your tank. A handful per 100L will have no ill effects on your loaches IMO.

I add about a handful per 100L for wounds

Heater burn perhaps. I would add some salt for a start
