  12. thanks for the good words peoples i believe that if you live by the sword you will die by the sword, karma etc. turtle still had about 8 days of treatment to go it will probably infect their other turtles if they have any she was 9 years old and just about fully grown, easy to identify as i also take pictures of the carapace of our turtles there is one listed locally on the unmentionable website at the mo, but that was listed before the turtle went have a cctv camera installed now evil so i can watch the perpetrators and have the evidence to make an accusation stick
  13. the darker ones are a beautiful looking frog maybe the ones to use for future breeding in breeding lutino ringneck parrots, using a normal bird carrying the lutino factor over a lutino hen usually produces a deeper yellow colour in the lutino chicks whereas breeding lutino to lutino can produce paler chicks
  14. lutino frogs is a good name or Golden Golden Bell Frogs white or pale frog with black eyes is niether albino or lutino as it has black eyes
  15. if they are hungry adults will eat the young
  16. Had a Reeves stolen out of display tank the other day. Bummer Bummer on 2 counts 1. That you can't trust people 2. She is under treatment for an infection - was almost finished treatment was sitting out of water on a rock and not moving much so was easy to grab easy to identify as she is micro chipped, also not many reeves in the area if this is in wrong area mod please move
  17. the way we do it is you need lots of fresh natural salt water - cheapest option i usually split my babies up into different containers plastic containers, buckets are good only run an air stone in each on slow flow, not too much turbulence each day change 1/2 water by a slow syphon we use pieces of plastic ambulia type plant weighted down and floating for anchorage feeding BBS 3 x daily
  18. take the logs out the stream has a constant flow of new water to keep it clean, you don't in a tank
  19. technically they are not albino as they still show the yellow colour in a bird it would be a lutino albino would be white with red eyes wouldn't it? like the axolotls
