a friend from TeKaha turned up 4 days ago with a bucket said he had brought me a feed and pulled out a very large crayfish it had spent 4 hrs on the back of his ute and was still moving slowly i turned it over and found it was a packhorse crayfish said i had just the place to put it walked outside and dropped it in the saltwater pool it sprung back to life and scurried under one of the large rocks and evicted all the spotties missing both of its tentacles, one an old wound and one a new break will be interesting to see how it goes, but so far so good will get a pic up once it has settled down more
