  2. That report is about a local person who breeds tropicals for the domestic market i think I breed them but only for research they are a bycatch in nz and are shipped overseas but permits and licensing is required

A very big thank you to our executive who have stood down for the work you have done in te past year.

  11. for that size i would go 20mm thick as i got deflection of about 20mm 0n a 10mm thick sheet at 800mm between supports

  18. I usually put the pile in a corner saves them dragging it into the pond you can turn waterfall off if you want to, if you have fish it would be good to keep it going though
  19. Mine usually dig into the ground under a plant or grass, some just sit on the bottom of the pond, i used to think they were dead. i make a pile of leaflitter and grass clippings now and it acts like a compost heap and they dig under it
  20. the water will keep indefinitely so long as it is in the dark to stop an algal bloom, you can put a pump in it to keep it moving and oxygenated if wanted ifg left for 4 days all planktons etc die off and settle to the bottom
