washing machine died
over 30 years ago when our first child was well into producing a great volume of dirty cloth nappies (yes we used to have to wash them and the throw away ones didnt exist) our old agitator washer gave up the ghost. We simply didnt have the money for a new one as we were saving for a home. After 18 months to two years my sister in law came for a visit while Brenda was washing all these nappies by hand on the wash board (OK, Only old people will remember these) and asked why. Brenda explained that the washer was stuffed (being technical here). Karen pushed the reset button and away the washer went. Relationships on the home front were not good for the next week or two. Has your washer got a reset button? (never ever ask her how she told me that she was pregnant for the first time as thats an even worst story  )

Killi Fish Show
OK whos going to the Killi Fish show in Napier Should be a great weekend in NZs finest wine producing area Its being held at The National Aquarium of New Zealand on the 4th and 5th April What better excuse to attend and see Killis that are not seen outside the club as well as visit one of NZs finest attractions and sample some of the local wines At a guess, there should be over 20 specie of Killi on show

Poropanchax Normani
under lights they have the brightest eye that I have ever seen... its a slivery blue colour and photos dont do them justice just like Nigripinnis They are slow growing but feed on live BBS and micro worms and dart around all over the place. They are savage feeders for real. The eggs are huge for their size. I just placed some more breeding medium in with them this morning to take more eggs so we dont loose them
