    heres a couple of pics of my new enclosure, just need another beardie now for Deci to hang with! enclosure what my partner wanted to be in the enclosure after 3 weeks putting it and the cabinet together!

    I think ti Point reptile zoo have some outside with his w/dragons, not sure if he has them out all year though :-? I saw a guy that had some aviaries outside that he kept his dragons in during the days in summer.

    lol very slowly, was hoping to have it finished but am getting a bigger beardie enclosure so the gecko enclosure is on the to do list!

    Do you have a heat basking lamp? are you supplying calcium blocks?

    vitticeps, not many eastern over here and they are heaps more expensive

    yeah I hope you cut and paste all that, a link is a wee bit easier. good info though, I always recommend buying "the bearded dragon manual", it has the best info i've found for setting up a dragon enclosure.

    you have to build your enclosure first and then get DOC to come and ok it. you start of with an A permit which allows a couple of types of geckos, if you want to get into them join the herp society, you can only get Geckos from another permit holder. Im in the process of building an enclosure at the moment before I try to get the first permit. PM me if you want details of the local DOC guy that I got my info from, was really helpful

    awesome rock background, can you post how you went about building it? does the water flow past the heater ok when put behind like that?
