  1. Hi all, at the moment I am doing a bit of a trial at home due to limited space. I have three identical tanks with weir type overflows between each. I am taking water from the left tank, through the canister filter and into the right tank, which overflows into the middle tank, then overflows back into the left tank. This setup has worked for a while now, but I was wondering if when I add another tank to this setup, will it need a timeframe to cycle, or because it would be flowing water from the other tanks and i'm just topping up the setup with fresh water as I would for a waterchange, could i add fish to it immediatley?
  2. Sounds a bit weird, but I always had great success with breeding them when a storm was due to hit due to the change in atmospheric pressure. Other than that, what is your current breeding setup and how have you attempted to breed?
  3. so any sort of acrylic cement should be ok?
  4. Hi all, I am trying to make an acrylic overflow box but i'm a bit hesitant about what sort of glue to construct it with that wont leech anything into the water or is it easier to try and fuse or plastic weld with a small soldering iron? Any help or ideas appreciated. Aaron

  20. cool, thank you guys for the ID  Do you recommend I move it to a bigger tank now before it gets much bigger? I dont dose with special ferts, just use a bit of leafzone every second week. And not under grunty lights, just the normal AR380 hood light
  21. brought a small plant a while back and forgot all about it, now it seems that neglecting my tanks has made it really take off and now its taking over. I was wondering if someone could ID it for me so i know what I'm dealing with. Thanks (the red one if you couldn't guess lol)
