H2O2 is a peroxide not an acid. It gives off oxygen not hydrogen ions. It will not alter the pH. It will oxidise other chemicals and living things however. Without knowing how this chemical works it is hard to know what it is doing to the water except to say that whatever it is doing would be pretty well uncontrolable. Could they be a tablet to be put in a reagent container to produce CO2?

That is bollocks---just because a call has been made someone has to be arrested. If she has admitted starting it he probably has a genuine case for self defence if he didn't use excessive force, and it sounds like there is no evidence that he did.

I would fight it rather than plead guilty. She may think twice about the truth when she has to swear it in Court. Justice like democracy costs unfortunately.

I get oxygen weed from the local river to feed to my turtles and suggest you do the same. You can grow it in a pond but it usually gets covered in algae. When I used to supply the shops years ago it came from an area which was very cold water (spring fed) and about 5 foot deep so it was free of algae. Taking it from the river is a lot easier.

It is too late now but you should not mix meds as they can interact. Furan 2 should fix it by itself.

liquify then bbs and microworm when bigger. Green water is cheap and is good to start with.

If there is a wound you should be able to see it easily, otherwise my guess would be columnaris. I never use malifix so don't know how effective it is---doubt it would do much. Tonic is a mixture of a number of meds so may do the job if you use it as per instructions

Is it a wound with fungus on it or is it the whole side of the fish without a wound? If it is the first you will need a bacteriacide and fungicide as the wound will be infected with both and for the latter you will need a bacteriacide as it will be columnaris (mouth fungus) which is actually a bacteria---treat with furan 2

Don't feed them until they are free of the egg and free swimming. They will free swim when they have consumed the egg sack.

Same to you and yours. Don't buy up all the agar agar in the shops as I will need some for my fruitfly media.
