    Typical !

Worth alot more if your Selling them as a Breeding Pair :bounce:
  2. OHhh NO phoenix is at it again  He just cant seem to help himself
  3. And the Big Box Filter is taking up space you could be using for Extra Fishys :bounce: Surely it's got to be cutting down the Litreage of the Tank.
  4. Maybe he's trying to rip you off  I wouldn't be paying that for it.
  5. He also enjoys flinging peas and corn about or bouncing through your gravy (as long as it isn't too hot)  I can just imagine you and Grant sitting at the Table having Tea Caryl, while Bud is happy bouncing in the Gravy on your Plate Caryl, he sounds like a right little Character  Would love to see a Video of this
  6. jenniferh: I don't use the Hood Filter in conjunction with the CF1200, only other thing I have done is fill the Hood Cavity with Filter Wool.
  7. Need to upload your Photos to Photobucket or something similar, before placing them on here.
  8. Maybe he's just using their Scientific Name, if you know what I mean.
  9. Or keep the Bags that you get your Fish in when you buy your Fish in from the Petshop, saves you having to buy them yourself then. I just wash them out then let them dry out. Poly Boxes are available from any good packaging place, Packaging House etc...
  10. Just make sure if your using Furan2 to complete the whole course. Have good aeration in your Tank aswell.
  11. Most of the Fish you have are all Bottom Dwellers, I would be looking for some Top and Middle Dwellers, really dont wont to overcrowd the Bottom of your Tank.
  12. What a right little stunner he is
  13. Angels Kribs Guppies Swordtails Platties Bolivian Rams Apple Snails
  14. If I remember rightly, we had to slice a small piece out of the First Hood Lid to allow for the Lid to close properly once the inlet and outlet pipes had been run into the Tank. The Trickle Feed part of the Tank Filter is now filled with Filter Wool, I have the Spray Bar of the CF1200 sitting on top of the Filter Wool. Then the Water just runs though the Outlet Pipe.
  15. Well I never knew that Will have to try it out
  16. I was always told to look for the Point or Round on the Dorsal Fin. Pointed means its a Boy Rounded means it's a Female.
  17. I just cut the piece where the Inlet goes into the Hood Bigger, and the piece on the Back of the Hood where the Hoses go bigger too, used a Stanley Knife and a pair of pliers.
  18. Whittakers dont do a Caramello
  19. Courier Post deliver all of mine, so they're obviously happy to take them. Dont feed the day before shipping, fill the Bag with enough water to cover the Fish, then fill the Bag with Air. Double or Triple Bag as Hans said. Pack securely into a Poly Box with Newspaper and Heat Pads. I usually do a Water Change the morning of the night they are going to be Couriered. Good Luck :-)
  20. Yea well that was my next question :-? Only other thing I can do, is if I notice a Pregnant Guppy not looking to good, Euthanise her then remove the Fry  Really not keen :-? but I guess it's got to be better than losing all her and all her Fry.
  21. Well I'm willing to give it ago, not to sure how it's going to go, but will soon find out
  22. Sometimes it's hard to tell Males and Female apart, I would be getting your numbers upto say 6 Angels, they will pair off in time, then you will know which is Male and which is Female. You will then more than likely end up with a breeding pair somewhere along the line. You cetainly have the room to fit in 5 More.
  23. I had a friend who had a Bird that used to do this, everytime we went for a visit this blastard bird would be screaming  They used to go over to his cage and cover him up, never heard a peep out of him after that. He obviously got the hint that "they aren't intrested in me right now so I might aswell shut up".
  24. I only hope the Day improves for you Vinnie
  25. This might be able to help you out: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1372 Personally I like a Fullish Tank but this obviously means more Water Changes.
