Can you face the Outlet Pipe onto the Back Wall of the Tank rather than having it going directly into the Tank, this should slow down the flow.

I've bought a few Elite Heaters not sure I would bother again :roll: The first one filled up with Water, so my Guppys had NO Heater at all for a day untill I noticed the Water was Stone Cold. They dont keep their Temp terribly well either, I have 3 of the same Heater, 1 Overheats, 1 Underheats, and the other seems to Flucuates.

I would be more inclined to cover the whole top in, better to be Safe than Sorry. Have to think about keeping the Water Dragons in aswell as keeping the Predators OUT.

I would just use a Wet Fannel, you could just give him a Bed Bath, without the Bed :lol: :lol:

Hehe :lol: I had 4 Boys in 5 Years, believe me Homework times were just Awful, always had somebody kicking up a Stink because they didn't want to do it :roll: Now my Boys are nearly all grown up aging form 21 to 16, so homework isn't as much of an issue anymore :bounce:

Maybe you could seal it with something carlos. People on here that make their own Rock Walls seal them with a product before adding it to the Tank, maybe do a search on here to find out what they use. Surely if it's sealed, it wont be able to Leach.

Good On you bedazzled you've definitely done the right thing, how ever hard it was too do, it obviously needed to be done. You need to explain to your Son that just like Animals that get sick, Fishys get sick too, so Mr Fishy has now gone to Fishy Heaven. Good Luck

Think I read somewhere, they charge about $1.00 a Ltr, so work out the size of the Tank, and that should give you an Approx price for a Tank that size.

A few Siamese Fighters?? (Are these all Females) Have your checked your Water Parameters?? When did you do your Last Water Change?? Some Fish do this, but they should come right once they have been introduced them into the Tank.

Erics Daughter runs Wet Pets now, alot of people will probably know who I'm talking about, Eric got me into my very First Fish Tank, have to say the service has gone downhill abit since he's left. I was very disappointed with the service I got from the Staff at Wet Pets last time I went there 2 buy 2 New Tanks and Stands. Ended up going to Animates to buy them in the End. Have to say the service I have had a Animates has been nothing but Fantastic :bounce:

I've had several Loaches like this bought from Pet Shops, popped them into a Tank on their own and fed Bloodworms 5-6 times a Day, Fattened them up in no time at all, haven't lost one yet.

Have to agree with you aaron11, when it comes to shipping $20 worth of Fish, needs to be worth while really.
