I defrosted a cube, got rid of the water, put them in a few 'mm' of tap water and keep them in the fridge. How long will they last before I should not give them to the fish? Cheers all! blueether Posted October 5, 2012 Report Share Posted October 5, 2012 I doubt any bacteria could really get established in the time it takes to run the cube under the tap for 30 sec and then to re-freeze about 1 ml. Pop 1 out, cut in half or slice of whatever is needed and put leftover back in original cube.
