supasi
Catch one for me? There is quite a large flock in behind Wanganui/Hunterville area. I used to know a guy that used to climb the trees to get the eggs and young birds. He wore a full face helmet and an armour like suit, with a pair of leather welding gloves inside another pair of leather gloves. Even still he used to get bitten and it drew blood. So funny to see dressed like that. There is also(or was about 1998ish) a flock of wild green Budgies living on the eastern slopes of Ruahine ranges. Never forget sitting in the sun in a large clearing east of Sunrise Hut, and seeing a couple of hundred budgies in the trees.
