    Vodka advice?

Vodka/ethonol same thing. they feed all bacteria good or bad. You could try it 1ml/100L everyday.
  8. best place to order medication is overseas, however it will be destroyed if picked up by MAF.

    Vodka advice?

Bio digest will reduce cyno. cyno is normally caused by too many nutrients. Bad bactaria will cause fish disease like fungas etc. i noticed that when i pushed the limits of vodka some of my fish got sick.

    Vodka advice?

I thinl SAT is the stuff that kills your fish. Some shops dont sell it as when they tested it killed the fish.

    Vodka advice?

Vodka increases bacteria which will help reduce nutrients. However it also increases bad bacteria which could harm your tank if you dont see the signs to reduce it. I would leave it for more advanced hobbyist. You could try Bio digest and biotum, both are bacteria based and will not cause any problems. So far most people have be impressed with the results. Here is more info http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/-vp131201.html
  12. I dont think there is a need to feed them as they grow like wildfire. Will need normal calcium and kh levels. Medium light and flow is fine, Good water quality like low p04 and nitrate would be a help.

    pH meter

How much money have you got?? The better ones cost more however the ones on trade me should be fine. Good tool to have as when you have problems it is always the basics like ph that can cause problems.

you can get kuda, barbouri. Hollywood fish farm have plenty. nice yellow ones
  15. News to me. i have 6 cleaners and 2 coral banded, not problems. If you put them in a shoe box then they might fight. In the quarantine facility normally have 200 cleaners in a tank with a few coral banded shrimps. never a problem.

    Zeovit.com

Maybe they too much iron has build up on the server
  17. nice fish. A 11w UV is a bit small for disease control. 40w Uv is what you need.
  18. get coral banded shrimps i think they will deal to them.
  19. coral banded shrimps might eat them i have read. If brislewroms are getting out of control then it could mean you have to much waste in your tank.
  20. You are lucky you got it in as any fish treatments needs to be licensed, that is why we don’t have many disease treatments as it cost a lot of money to register it
  21. Baby brine shrimp is not ideal as the fish are too big, Try frozen mysis or brine shrimp.
