Over flows are good but a bit noisy.... will go to a full syhpin when I have to move the tank. Copper band is eating but not as much latley... will keep working on it. Lighting.... need more. I have 2 x 250W and 4 x T5's. I need 3 of those new lights from Steve. Also when I move the tank. I'll be telling the wife its part of moving costs and as its her idea then to bad.

I used to let the air in take suck boiling water when ever my 1250 played up and it alway fixed it. But noise was not one of those problems.

Very nice cracker... I must come for another visit. I would like to upgrade my lights also. Brought another bike this week so I have to hang low for a month or two. Mind you if our house sells then moving equals upgrade

Feed my all my fish at the same time and did not use the syringe method. Dam funny watching the CB darting around the tank trying to catch food but being to slow. The food moves and he misses it. Had to turn off the streems to give him a chance. Hes eating well now more and more each day.

After reading Skippys post regarding a jumper and bite marks I think this is what has happened to my CB. He has bite marks on his tail. Dam grumpy Tomato clown. Any ideas?

Powder Blue has a few spots still but less than before... Blue tang has a couple. All the other fish are fine. Waiting for another cycle to see if things get worse or better. So far OK. Going to get some water tonight at 5pm to do a water change.

I'm thinking light upgrade again....as my house is forsale and it's not my choice I think I can slip in a light up grade when I move and have too setup the tabk again. tank 1450 x 750 x 700D so I'm looking at 3 x 400w plus steves reflectors, balists in the roof. Do you have any T5'S on your tanks? Chimera / Putt Putt? This will increase my light from 750w too 1200w. I like the SS steel frame Putt Putt and are thinking the same, mine will be seen. Would you be happy for people to see the reflectors? After all they are a piece of art. After this I won't be allowed a grain of salt to add but it might be worth it. Its been a few weeks are you still pleased?

Oh dear your LTA is going to need some counseling Cracker I'm starting to wonder what you do to your fish tank or in your lounge. I understand animals learn by watching others . Or maybe it's the vibrations from the late night DVD's :oops: from the TV located under their tank causing the problem. Labour will introduce a law against this and you will be arrested. Maybe you should keep these activities out of your lounge and in the bedroom

Yes I am due a water change and would have done it this week but high tide was at the wrong time. Might have to buy some salt.... dam I'll see how they look in the the morning. cheers

Well white spot is back as per the life cycle of white spot. Do I freak and setup a Q tank? or just wait and see? If I wait then there may come a time when it is to late to treat and little fishy and he will be doomed. Powder Blue has a total dusting of small white spots and the Blue tang a couple of large spots. Both eating and swimming like nothing is going on. They had WS which disapperaed and is now back. Everything else looks fine. If I do treat in a Q tank which one? Salifert "Stop Parasite" or Seachem Copper treatment? How long do you keep them in a Q tank? Tank is nice and stable etc and everone is getting along fine.

Man eating clowns........ mean!! Ben looking good, you can't beat the look of a new tank / spring clean. Shame the back gets dirty. Will catch up soon.
