    Angel Fry

The fry are growing nicely not quite angel shape yet but with full belly's of decap b/s egg they won't be long. just a note the fry i left with the parents are doing much beter than the ones i took away to give them there own tank .
  2. the ones with mam & Dad are doing fantastic but i have lots alot of the ones that i seperated, now down to about 250+
  3. 1, YES 2, They will be a good fiest food, i also use decapsulated BS eggs 3, Can't hurt 4, Yep they will find it as long as the tanks not too big 5, small, offern water changes after the first week, keep them well fed , fed little 4-5 times a day if possable. This seems to be working for me good luck
  4. great photo's , i love the Schwartz , i just got some of those , there neat
  5. I'm sorry for your GBA's they are great fish i know i have ,breed and sell them myself , ( it was not me you got them from BTW ) but it sound to me you were either very unlucky ( the first batch was bad timeing on the couriers side ) and if you had them for 3-4 weeks i'd say it would be hard to blame the seller if, 1 you knew the size you ordered and 2, they arrived healthy and alive. Just seems like a case of fish die, change of water ( from the seller and then through 2 or 3 of your tanks, change of food, change of tankmates even who knows. I'm just sorry you lost the little guys :-?
  6. a real shame but like Alan said at least she gave you the new brood to carry on with .

    Angel Fry

Things are going well in the angel tank , on advice from wiser heads i've moved about half of the fry to another tank and left the rest with the parents who may i say are doing a fantastic job of looking after them

    Angel Fry

I've had two fish give me real problems breeding the congo tetra and the angel , not that either is that hard to breed according to the books and others that have breed them but they both just seem the ones to course me problems . I've had congo's breed but missed them in the tank a flushed them down the sink by mistake , i've had angels spawn just to disapear , well i've got the angels to this point again with the parent still looking after them , its there first spawn for me so i've giving them a chance to raise them themselves and so far so good, fingers crossed. I keeping them very well fed onbloodworm , microworms and flake in a hope they don't get hungry and eat the fry

  23. Raise your temp slowly to above 28 degrees hold it there for a couple of days then slowly drop back to normal as the whitespot can not live about 28 degrees and this should not hurt your fish
