loving the new look!

I felt like such a 16 year old girl taking this pic in my bathroom mirror, but I couldnt bring my self to pull a duck face none the less I did cheat for my moe and facial awesomeness, I started with about 5 or 6 months worth of full cave man beard type growth before I designed and scaped my facial awesomeness.

LeLe's are sweet fish, I cant wait for these ones to get bigger to go on display. they are taking so so so long. I dont think they will be ready for at least another 12 months

I set up another small planted tank as another trial and error before I set up a big hi-tech system next year some time fish stocked are 3 rams guppies 1 fighter L140 tiger plecs

Have moved the tank, is now in its permanint home with its stock and plants in it now Fish are: 4 key hole cichlids (will reduce excess numbers when a pair is formed) 2 blackline flying fox's ( got dumped on my door step, will be rehomed in my flatmates 4 foot tank asap) a couple of golden bristlenose heaps of guppies Will be adding a group of dwarf chain loaches as there is a huge snail colony in the tank Plants are: Java fern attached to the back wall some kinda crypt dwarf sag (I think) java moss attached to the big bit of wood Please excuse my poor photos

There is a chance that the dom male will kill other males, and there is a chance that your female will die, most m/f ratio is 1m to 3 f but often more females is better. I have had 3 males bumblebees to 7 females and still had the dom male kill rivals

sure are, I watched a shellie drag one around my tank by its bristles last night, it still went back for more rite after. tough suckers indeed

I find in my tanks that the species have there own order, then there is a order in the tank it self. If you add a female with that many males, there will be a lot more fighting, and your female will constintly be getting hounded and harrased, and dont be suprised to find her lifeless in a corner at some point

Haha, I use one of them as well. I havnt used it since i sold my 620t, it worked great on acrylic

does the south island not get any of these fish? I have noticed recently when there has been a map showing where they are there isnt a south island part. is there a reason behind this?
