I worry about internal organs and having a poor imune system with hybrids, things not should be there that isnt there blah blah. I understand it could happen to pure breeds as well

research online, some fish tend to be stronger then others and can take a bit more as well as giving some more to even the stakes

on that note, when i do a water change, I turn my sump off so's not to run it dry, turn it back on and wham heaps of muck. how can I avoid that?

going for stronger peacocks would be a good idea over weaker ones. that might make things work a bit better for you

I am sorry that my english and grammer is average, have you considered that maybe its my second languge and i am trying very hard to master it? i bet you didnt. And its not so bad that you can't tell what I am trying to say or ask, because you clearly can. Hes not keen on turtles or axo's. he got the turtle buzz out of the way with my old ones and doesnt like axo's at all :thup: thank you for your help I will pass it on to him

have had them both together without issue. all fish are diffrent however so you never know. and there is a possiblity of cross breeding

male brown haps are very colourful in comparision to females. or you can vent them

My neighbour has just come over and said he is interested in evoloving from fish, frogs and birds to fish, frogs, birds and lizards. He is looking for something relativly easy care and hardy as it is his first one but one that is also nice. He is planing on build the enclosure after he has decided on the animal so he can make it an approprite size for an adult creature Any thoughts ideas advice I can pass onto him?
