Can anyone tell me if the waves from a microwave will affect a tank, fish filter etc? I am looking at putting a tank right beside my mikkiewave but am a little worried about it

Yes cheese does make everything better as does bacon, but how are you going to add cheese to meat on a stick?

Where has dattofish made a mistake? To me it reads as he has changed on there professional opinion and then made a stand to suit? I use the word threat as in mention them, calm and collected is the way to go. Loose your cool and you will loose your battle -

Consumer affirs,fair go and small claims are good threats. there is other watch dog type of places that can be helpful when dealing with stubborn tradies. -

Was trying not to pay name brand prices if I can avoid it. is there a certain type of plastic that has to be used or can any plastic be used safely for fish?

I am looking for some flexi pipe similar to fx5 pipe. I want it to go in a sump as the way the tank/sump is set up means the current pipe gets pinched so is restricting flow. Any ideas of a place to get it or something that will do the same job? thanks

Julis or shellies could/should work. Brichardis are cool little fish, keep more females to males and all should be ok. Good luck giving away fry once they start breeding, they are great for feeders...
