    what thinkness tube have you used frr the tank stand ? you will get distortion when welded should be in a jig when that is done to contain it on a flat surface my stand is 50x25 heavy duty steel tube

    i do the same as dave and rinse the fiter wool under tap water to clean it and back in again but change after every 2 weeks

    i run a 3000ltr an hour aquaone pump thru a big outlet in the tank 25mm tube to get plenty of water flow not pressure but volume

    the demi are around 40-50mm long yellows all about 50-60mm and the peacocks 60mm the peacocks are colouring up real nice and the demi have a very striking blue and the yellows well very yellow sad to say lost both bristle nose found one in the sump the other just dissapeared

    have just done a 100 ltre water change on my fish they love it all out and about looking around my fish are looking great now thats to ryan iwill recomend his fish to anyone very good stock

    my 300 litre was out for 24 hours last winter had no probs with it
