good to see you guys had a good time up here weather was good but cool i went fishing on suckers rock on sunday at ring beach no luck

i think i need more female peacocks in my tank the ones i got off ryan worked out to 4 males and one female and are not yet breeding but are very big and colourful

you should all be here now its nice and sunny and warm and the sea is like glass this morning

well i hope we put on some nice fine weather for all our vistors this weekend

i tracked some parts down from hollywood fish farm $2.50 ea my daughter will pick them up and courier them to me but thanks for the offer

have now pulled the pump apart and one of the bottom diaphrams has broken away from the arm and is just vibrating against the housing w2here can i get new diaphrams from ?

i will have to take it apart and find out what is wrong i have a smaller pump to see me thru at this stage

dont know what parts i need never had one apart but it makes a very loud rattling noise when turned up over 1/2 way

the pump i am using is a aqua one precision sr-12000

i have a 4 outlet pump at the moment but needs baffles replaced i dont know if i can get spare parts for it

how do you feed your fish NLS ryan i mix mine with my minced mussel or veg

does anyone use small compressors as air pumps in their tanks i have seen some for around $60-$90 but will they be any good for a 500 litre tank ?

i lost one of my big yellows yesturday for no aparent reason just found him on the bottom all water parameters are good and all other fish are healthy i do 2 x 100 litre water changes a week

no they look healthy enough no white showing jusy poking out

i was also looking at cobalt blues will they be ok with the fish i have ? and ryan the yellows have spawned lots of little fellows around now just waiting for the peacocks to do their thing
