Yes, they are a in groups and transparent creamy/tan colour and can be up to 1cm wide depending on the size of the snail that laid them. The bigger the snail, the bigger the amount eggs. The eggs a are hard and are laid im most places the are fairly flat. Heres a picture off the net:

i just used my finger, crushed the eggs and removed the snails by hand.

U cant get the willow moss(its the same as xmas MOss but just curves down), you also cant get both the anubias or pogostemon helfer.

My BBA never went red, it just disappeared. I put the excel straight in to the water coloum at 2.5 times the recommended dosage.
