I agree with what Sam has said, I do water changes every 3weeks on my planted tank now because my tank has balanced it's self out.

The tank is 60Lx40Hx40D (cm) I did not breach the seal when I popped one of the bubbles, I popped one that was on the very edge of the silicon. I didn't want 100L of water on my floor.

Is my silicon Failing? Im pretty sure they are air bubbles because i popped one. Should i be worried? Pics:

Thanks Joe! The rock with in the middle at the bottom has a type of fissiden that i got out of a local creek and has trasnitioned rather well and is putting out new leaves :thup:

We have some in a little glass jar and the plant is about 70cm tall it is root bound but still going strong and gets watered every now and then. One thing is that it is right beside the window which is frosted. I also think that being right beside the shower helps keeping it nice and warm and moist.

So its been a while huh? I have thinned out the moss (2 and a half Litres) and removed about 5 bits of wood. got a heap more Red Rotala from Caryl (Thanks Caryl! :love: ),also the Bolbitis has really taken off :happy1:. On a sad note 2 of the pit bull plecs died (the 3rd is off being bred) and all the Asian rummynose's died, i think they were weak fish, but i did find that i think there was too much current from the spray bar and they didn't come out to feed. I also got 11 more ember tetras (got 1 free cause the guy at HFF didn't count them properly, I didn't complain ) and a blue ram. Also got some needle leaf java fern.
