  1. Hi there, Do you still have any available, and if so could you email me some pics of the parents if possible.
  2. Ive got myself a beautiful male Black Crowntail who has now father two spawns. He is a real stunner.
  3. Hi Ron, Good to hear from you, I only got my Dragon male today so will take some pics tomorrow once he has all settled in. I will do the same for the Dumbo as well. Im struggling to find some halfmoon females though. Do you know of anyone that is selling. Cheers J

  5. Well so far over the past few weeks, I have managed to get myself a beautiful pair of Crowntails, Dragon Halfmoons and Royal Blue Elephant Fighters. They are all doing extremely well and already starting to breed, so should have some lovely fry on the board soon. Thanks to some awesome people out there who worked with me in obtaining these beauties I can now carry on with my breeding program once again. Cheers J
  6. Well done on the rearing of your fry, I got myself a few of these as well. My latest been a Royal Blue male. He is absolutley stunning. Cheers J
  7. Hi all, Ive posted twice now but dont seem to be getting any luck from anyone. So here it goes again, Has anybody got any fighters for sale. Preferably Halfmoons and Crowntails.
  8. Yes I remember that. I used to sell heaps of my fighters to her. It's a shame that people out there are so desperate that they would steal a fish in order to satisfy their needs. Hopefully there are still breeders out there. Regards J
  9. Hi All, It's been a while since I was last on here. As a stopped breeding fighters for a while now, I noticed that there is no one that has carried on with the legacy. Has the demand for fighters dropped off in NZ or is there just no fighters available anymore. I absolutely love these fish and really wish we could get more of them in NZ. Have any of you out there still got some beautiful halfmoons or crowntails or is this fish slowley disapearing . Adrienne how are you going with your fighters, it's been a while since we spoke and exchanged fighters. Anyway hi again to all and hope to hear from all of you fighter breeders out there. Regards J
  10. Hi all, We have four beautiful American Amstaff cross American Bulldog pups for sale. There are three females and one male available, they have just had their six week vacinations, vet checked and have been dewormed. They are in excellent condition as told from the vet. They are very good with children and are regulary interacted with them, the parents are both great with my kids as well. They all come with a puppy starter pack. If you are interested please PM me as I want them to only go to people who are going to take good care of them. I will also send you some pics of them if you send me your email address. They are ready to go now as they have already been weaned from mum, we are more than welcome to hold them for those of you who cannot buy now but a $100 deposit will be required to book them. We are looking at $380 or nearest offer for them. Regards John
  11. IVE GOT PLENTY, GIVE ME A PM ON EXACTLY THE STRAIN YOU WANT.
  12. Hi all, I managed to get a design for betta Barracks made for me by Greg, and man what can I say he really knows what he is doing and in such a short space of time. I finally dont have to use cut off coke bottles any more which was really starting to annoy me and makes cleaning such a pain, now I got these awesome clear cubicles for each of my males and will soon be getting another one made to be placed along side it. The entire tank is 1300x500 and has a trickle system that I made for each cubicle, the water and waste get directed to two drilled down pipes that are in the centre of the tank, this is where everthing that doesn't need to be in the tank is transported into an up and over sump underneath the tank. Getting this done really helps with less electricity used and easier cleaning, I hardly have to syphone the bottom like I had to before and only use one heater to circulate warm heated water. This system is already working beautifully and is going to be great for my up and coming Dragons, I have three batches of Dragons of around one month old and my Black Halfmoon just spawned with my Platinum Female Last night(huge batch of eggs on this one) well enjoy andhope you all have a great day. Regards J
  13. I have a few of them this colour, some females as well. I will have to wait and see in a few weeks if he still holds his colour, I have had in the past similiar in colours that changed drastically after a few weeks, so will wait and see. Got some more pics coming soon of others. Regards J
  14. Sometimes males take a while to accept a female, they have been known to breed sometimes first time or even up to a week or so. it all depends on the maturity of the pair, water temp and enviroment. I found this little guy amongst some of my bigger males that put a side a few weeks ago. although very plain, he has the most beautiful pearl sheen to his scales and the brightest electric white markings on most of his finnage. I will wait a few weeks to see what he turns out like. Sorry but the pics are not the best as I didnt remove him into my photography tanks for pics. http://i1194.photobucket.com/albums/aa3 ... ers028.jpg http://i1194.photobucket.com/albums/aa3 ... ers022.jpg http://i1194.photobucket.com/albums/aa3 ... ers030.jpg http://i1194.photobucket.com/albums/aa3 ... ers027.jpg Regards J
  15. Thanks Brett, Im sure you will be pleased with your choice, Thanks heaps Regards J
