Hence why I used the word "attempt". Putting the wood in the freezer was probably the result of false information or just common sense.

I'd assume it's an attempt to rid the wood of unwanted organisms :roll:

Checked the tank just now, the Angel was lying dead on a sword plant, slightly bloated. Other fish all seem fine which is good, never know what this was though :-?
