  1. What is on the other side of the wall. Could you recess the tank in to the wall at all?
  2. Have a look at the wellington SPCA. We are talking about someone in Wellington looking for a cat so was using information from the wellington SPCA. This would be link http://www.wellingtonspca.org.nz/adopt- ... nd-kittens that I quoted when saying:
  3. I just changed mine to the cat that stole from www.spca.org.nz
  4. It is a cool show. It is interesting that in some parts the river is deeper than the cook straight
  5. Is this yours Smidey? Google image "tattooed cat" (warning this is kind of cool but not very nice to the cat)
  6. They still tat up there  Must be a redneck thing to tat your pet
  7. If you work in a pet shop you should know a bit more about SPCA. If you have a look at the web page you will see that ALL cats and dogs are chipped before they are adopted. It would be best to give advice to people not try to sell your product here. I would expect a lot more integrity from a mod
  8. That was when we were setting it up. The filter on the front is gone now. We have (in that tank): 1x angel 10x x-ray tetras 10x platties 6x fighters 2x tiger plecos 2x choc zebra plecos 6x (I think) Spotted BN 4x clown loach 1x female crib and a few others that I cant remember
  9. I need to take a few more pic but this gives you an idea http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2 ... 4a598b1473
  10. I am happy with my 400L+ tank (and smaller ones). Some of us don’t need to over compensate by getting a bigger tank
  11. That is a very good price. It is likely to cost you more than that for the jabs and getting it neutered. Vaccinations are about $50 each and you need a couple of them Neutering then is between $100 to $150
  12. Boil it. I have an old laundry tub that can be put up on a bbq and just leave it boiling till it sinks. Or in a pot if it is a small bit
  13. That is a good idea. It may cost a bit but all the animals are vet checked, de-sexed and micro chipped. It is sad to see how many people give away kittens that have issues (fleas, worms or worse)
  14. With the risk of theft I do not think many people would say (on a public forum) that they have them.
  15. Do these fish come with any form of paper work to prove what they really are?
  16. If you are the manager and you have proof but do nothing you are considered guilty yourself if anyone else finds out. From what you say the only option would be theft as a servant. It is not shoplifting as they are in a trusted position so the penalty is a lot higher.
  17. Not at this stage. We are just going to let her be happy in the tank for now. We might try to find her a boy friend in the future. She seems to get along really well with the one and only penguin tetra in the tank (rescued from LFS because he looked lonely in a tank by himself). She colours up and shows off to him a lot.
  18. She is good. Really active and happy. She does get picked on a bit by the fighters but she is bigger than them so she could fight back if she was not happy
  19. It is good to hear that the little guy is happy and teaching the others to come out more
  20. My last surviving one (brown not striped) is in the community tank with fighters, tetras, silver sharks, an angle and plenty of plecos
  21. So Hans did you make it to the shop?
