  3. My advice to speed up the process: split up the media in your existing filter and mix it with the new media in the new filters Get water from existing tank to top up the new water in new tanks. Voila.... You are ready to go on all tanks :lol:

I have a Canon A630 and it is great. uses 4x AA batteries (rechargeable ones ) and they last for quite a while... however for some reason they don't hold their charge too well when I am NOT using the camera Good thing about using AA batteries, is that no matter where you may be in the world you can still buy AA batteries. can't say the same thing about getting propietary batteries charged or bought :roll:
  6. I would stay away from Celeron and Duron chips as they are slow and there isn't much different in price to get better performing chips like Intel dual core cpus and athlon chips. Get the best you can afford.... in 6 months time new models will be out in the market to replace the one you just bought

  11. I use the polyester wool from The Warehouse. rinse in hot water and no problems with colour leaching into the tanks.

    Use a fly swat and feed the flies to your fish. Benefits are: No flies Forearm and back hand swings improve. Lose weight. increased hand - eye co ordination :lol:

    yes.... depending on what your tank setup is. if it is planted and low stocked. Not planted and heavily stocked... NO!!
  21. yep.. i have the non jumping strain of killies. However I can not say the offspring that YOU may have, will not jump. :roll: Not easy training whiteworms to swim... but then again it is either get eaten or swim for your life :lol:

  23. my breeding tanks are only 15 litres. More than enough 150 x 150 x 300mm (HWL)
  24. my bill is around the $200 per month 4ft 3ft 2.5ft 2 ft 1ft All with heaters in them. Lights on 3 tanks which are on for a total of 6 ours each day
