Ask Rob mate he would be in the know i imagine.Still waiting for ya boy GBA to do his thing mate.....mite try putting on some soft music dimming the lights and an adult movie to see if i can get them into the swing of things lol.

maybe flawed but the judge was still able to give him longer than 3 years the problem is the judges in this country always seem to side with the offender and show little disregard for the victims....as i keep saying we dont have victim support in this country we have criminal support.

yea i breed them quite a few tyears ago in a 4ft tank and it wasnt hard to be honest and once they started the problem was getting them to stop.from memory water was around neutral and had gravel bottom a peice of wood and a teracotta pot.

well i was doing a water change on my newt tank yesterday and was just thinking i must be carefull not to suck one up and as i had the thought i see one dissapear down the tube.but wasnt hurt just picked her up off the lawn and put her back in the tank. lol

well i can agree completly as the one in hamilton is no different it must be animates policy to give the customer as little help as possible.i just dont go there anymore there are two other shops in hamilton who apreciate my buisness and are very helpfull and most importantly they mind if you ask for help.i would say average is an over exageration in my experience animates is well below that in my opinion.

yep they are tropical and they change colour from blac to yellow as they get older one has already started changing.

mine used to spawn in willow moss and the roots of java fern.

i brought them of trade me from someone in otago who propogates them and said winter is fine thye will come away agin in spring.im looking at doing a terrarium for my fire bellied newts with ferns bromeliades (not sure of spelling) and was wandering if some of these fly traps and pitcher plants would be ok or would they eat my newts? any ides as the conditions inside the tank would be ferfect for them would be a big tank to about 6 ft long 2 ft deep.
