you could try cutting a small hole in the corner of the bag,put the female in there,and lift it out of the water,her head will get caught in the corner because of the flow and she will spit them into the tank below,i have done this with my africans not dems but it will work

you have to prime it i get a bit or syphon tube over the pipe and give it a suck

the tank is at 24.5 atm but they were in a tank around 30, so i will gradually ram it up to 28 if i can

when starting a siphon you not only swallow a liter of dirty fish water, you swallow some black gravel as well
