  1. From what I've heard (and seen) Aqua One units are quite... below average
  2. Hey, some guys look good in skinny jeans. Some just like slightly off-kilter.. Not all look emo, there's also plenty of indy, punk and rock kids in black skinny jeans guys so don't just class them as emo
  3. I have 4 different types of schooling fish but ideally I'd like only two or even one type. The four I have right now are: Zebra Danios - which seem to have the best character Glowlight Tetra - which are big and seem to rule the roost a bit Neon Tetra - which are bright and colourful, and Black Widow Tetras - which are big and quite pretty But I only want one or two types... I just don't know which to keep... Can you guys please help me decide? Which do you like most from personal experience? Thanks!
  4. Well here goes nothin' First one is of me as a blonde, incredibly drunk if I may add (quite hard to find one of me not posing.. cough): Second one is of me as a brunette (currently am now), posing. Using my mobile too so sorry for the crappy quality and such:
  5. I reckon my gourami is the coolest fish I have Before I moved him to a bigger tank he was pretty awesome and used to explore everything with his feelers, he even had a game where he would bang the thermometer into the glass to make a huge noise then go and hide and do it all over again... I swear he did it all the time while I was trying to sleep.
  6. Tony is gorgeous!!! Pity the molly-imposter died, (s)he looked cute too

  14. Going back to the beheading thing there was a chicken that had been beheaded that lived for around 9months or something, and was feed down it's throat through a syringine... Quite odd - thats guiness book of records for you though.
  15. Tank is 160L, I'm not sure about the filtration rate, sorry. A-town.. might be able to help, or Ant N because they've both seen the external one..
  16. I didn't know that you could really use anything to humanely euthanise fish so this is a good thing to know! Thanks for the helpful advice
  17. Nope no fuzzy bits or anything left over. I haven't had the water tested recently but I was planning on purchasing the kits next week to do so. I have a magi-jet internal filter and a small external filter that I got off Ant N.
  18. Or if I'm feeding too much? I have a community tank of: 1 - 3 spot gourami 1 female swordtail 4 black widows, 4 glowlight tetras, 4 zebra danios, 4 neon tetras (i know theyre schooling fish im planning on getting more of them all) 1 Rainbow Shark 2 Clown Loaches 1 GBA 2 Peppered Cory 2 Siamese algae eaters and i think that's it... Anyway I feed them around once a day or once every two days - I give the schooling fish quite a bit of flakes but they never seem to be full, my gourami hasn't been coming out to eat since I moved them all into a bigger tank and I've been feeding all the bottom feeders 2 sinking wafers a day.. But there always seems to be a fight over them once all the fish become aware of them (including the swordtail and schooling fish). I was just wondering if I should be putting more wafers in or what I should be doing in general? Also what vegetables should I put into the tank for the bottom feeders? Thanks - hopefully that all made sense
  19. He's even funnier when you see him for real.. I mean he's cute and everything
  20. ph down? you should be using ph up. the store was right though, for a community tank you need a ph of 7 or else there will be a resulting fish loss.. which as it sounds you have experienced
