    But is a tank stand made of "custom wood" good? ... I'm looking at one on trademe and I asked what the stand is made of and they replied with custom wood and that its a solid stand...

    We had to put one of my cats on prozac a while back because one of our other cats was... sexually abusing him.. Cheered him right up! Not sure what you could do for fish though... Maybe there is some form of natural remedy that could work?

    I just noticed today that 3 of my Zebra danios have bright red gills - none of my other fish (that I can see) have it... Any ideas what it is and how to treat it?

    Wow. Did not know that algae was actually beneficial... I used to scrub all of it off.. That cuts back some cleaning thanks!

    Lol! That's awesome! I saw one of my cats being born so I love him a lot... My dog eats everything though - he loves lettuce and tomatoes.. And apples

    At the moment I work 2 days a week at a petstore and I'm first year at Unitec studying Bachelor of Applied Science - Majoring in Animal Welfare and Management. After this I will probably move onto vet science... In the long run I would either like to be a wildlife vet or to move to Canada to help with Wolf conservation... That's my dream at least 8)

    I mean besides the fish, amphibians and reptiles side - everyone has to have a favourite - Cats or Dogs... Clearly mine is cats...

    To my community tank? I have.. 1 Gourami, 15 or so Misc. tetra species, 2 female swordtails, 2 clown loaches, 2 chinese algae eaters, 2 peppered catfish and 1 rainbow shark... And I decided that for a treat I would give them something else to eat - would live food be appropriate? What else could I feed them besides the flakes and tablets - as a treat ?
