  1. Mitre 10 has it, bunnings, etc. It's not too expensive.
  2. Was she dead before or after the dog brought her back in?
  3. Whatever happened to....A busy chatroom? I blame the user count on the chatroom link in the top right disappearing.
  4. You can't use the kneadit as a glue, you have to mold it around the base of the wood. I've had a couple pieces like this for several years, haven't come loose.
  5. Seriously. This is a very weighty matter.
  6. I have driftwood cable tied to rocks, superglued to rocks and aquakneadited to rocks. All but the superglue works fine.
  7. So far half the lifespan at 1/4 the price you're already getting double the bang for the buck with the CF1200.
  8. I was reading this thinking, My tank would look pretty cool with a bunch of leaves in it... Then I realised I have WAY too much flow for that.
  9. Doubt there are any in NZ. A lot of people also doubt there are any pure ones left in the world, so I think the odds of you finding any that aren't significantly crossbred with guppies even if they were in NZ is pretty small.
  10. Some...But then you're into high lighting, CO2, fertilisers, constant pruning...

4 years shouldn't be something to be impressed by.
  12. How high in nitrates? And now, they won't lower themselves. Plants, denitrators and deep sand beds can remove them, but your best bet is water changes.
  13. Take all the stuff that's in the way out, use a big net.
  14. Oooh, that's an idea. I have to do some math, figure out how many of them in a row you can do at once.
  15. No, a pin stuck in their head would be unethical. It would cause unnecessary pain and suffering. I would suggest a quick shot to the head with this...Quick and painless...
  16. I think you need to cook them really well to soften the bones.
  17. I suppose you could go and click the start menu, click in the text box, hit the first letter of the name of the program you want, hit the second letter, hit the third letter, hit the fourth letter, hit the fifth letter, hit the sixth letter... Or you could click...Then click again. Who actually looks at their desktop any longer than necessary to doubleclick on whichever shortcut you're wanting?
  18. Wait...Which nitrate test are you using? Because all the ones I've had the higher the nitrates the more yellow/brownish the water after you add the reagents. Remind me again what color peat turns water?
  19. Assuming you have reasonable reflectors and the lights haven't weakened too much with age your current setup is probably producing somewhere in the region of 3000 lumens.
